Nippoptilia issikii is a moth of the Pterophoridae family. It is known from Japan (Hokkaido), Korea[1] and China.[2]
The wingspan is 14-16 mm and the length of the forewings is 8–9 mm.
The larvae feed on the fruit of Vitis vinifera.
